-- Friction feeder with independent motor and gap adjustment via touch screen, independent fuji drive in sync via modbus through main controller.

 -- Digital counting striking adjustment , display on main touch screen , HMI of machine .

-- Main motor AC 7.5 HP, Feeder Motor 2HP , End press GEARED MOTOR (CONVEYOR MOTOR) 2HP , High speed grinder motor 1HP ,Suction blower 0.5 HP 

-Feeder motor (2 hp) and End press geared motor (2 hp) 

--Thickness adjustment of tracks: The tracks are based on exuberant German design it adjust the thickness of the carton dramatically. 

 

--Robust Fabricated Structure: It is made from heavy grounded 20mm thickness plates so that at high speed the machine may not vibrate 

 

--Imported Belts for the tracks are used(i.e. nylon sandwich belt)Make :- Nitta(Japan)/Habasit(swiss)

--Pneumatic Striker for Making Batches

--Four fold of the carton is possible

--All sealed bearings for avoiding jamming by paper dust

 --Elongated drying unit for proper dying of cold glue 4meters with pneumatic regulated pressing --Total approx length of machine 30 ft without delivery table .

 --  Small operating panel at different positions for operators convenience

--Anti Vibration pads at base for robust working, make poly bond

 -Separate variable drive with motor for end press(conveyor) section - Rack and pinion tension adjustment mechanism for hook assembly

Working Principle
Folding method : First folding line is 120 degree, third folding line is 95 degree, and second and fourth folding line is 180 degree in straight line boxes, In this way 4 fold is possible.
