UV LED has many advantages as compared to the normal IR based drying technology. UV led does not emit harmful IR rays. UV led of different wavelengths are available, which ensure a safe and fast curing and drying. Most commonly used wavelength are 385nm and 395nm.

UV led can be implemented using both air cooling and water cooling technologies. While air cooling offers easy and fast integration, on the other hand water cooling technology can be used in challenging industrial environments.
