High Speed Folding and Gluing Machine

On this machine , very small cartons like : stapler sleeve, CFL sleeve , 10ml syrup cartons to bulky cartons like: pharma outer cartons can be done with high degree of accuracy, Tuck in type lock bottom cartons can be done with high speed and accuracy and with very low changeover time.       

• HHS gluing system includes : encoder for feedback ,hose pipe ,distributer , controller, 3 guns(dispenser) ,  pump and tank for glue , the guns having photo electric sensors attached
• Friction feeder with clutch drive for independent functioning of the module(Electromagnetic type 24 vdc).
• Digital counter for Batch, Total product, and Number of pieces.
• Main motor AC with AC variable digital frequency drives system.
• Thickness adjustment of tracks: The tracks are based on exuberant  German design it adjust the thickness of the carton dramatically, In single setting both duplex and three ply may run .
• Robust Fabricated Structure:  It is made from heavy grounded 16mm thickness plates so that at high speed the machine may not vibrate
• Imported anti-vibration pads are used for leveling and for vibration free operation
• Imported Belts for the tracks are used(i.e. nylon sandwich belt)
• Glue tank with S.S. body, wheel hard chromium plated.
• Variable speed of the end press section through variable dia pully so that the length of the carton could be adjusted easily before final    pressing.
• Electromagnetic Striker For Making Batches, it has fast response time and can be adjusted very easily for both A & B side of the carton.
• Four fold of the carton is possible and we ensure that there should be proper spring action in the carton for automatic filling of the product
• All sealed bearings for avoiding jamming by paper dust
• Compressor for HHS gluing system of 6 CFM with FRL unit.
• Extended slow final pressing with upper conveyor friction driven.

Working Principle

         Folding method : First folding line is 120 degree, third folding line is 95 degree, and second and fourth folding line is 180 degree in straight line boxes, In this way 4 fold is possible.
