This product is having a over conveyor coating unit with specially designed worm mechanism for up and down movement,it also provides suspension action.

It is having a heating unit and a normalizing unit through fans.With this unit a separate drying unit can be connected so as to give more drying time to the product . The working width of the conveyor is normally 24 inch and the length of the machine is usually 6 meters and a18 ft separate drying unit can be connected with unit for greater efficiency

Machine is having a durable and high featured control panel , for temperature control there are PID, for speed control there is V F D , and it is fully loaded with safety and interlocking features, there is dual gear box system in machine.
