This is a high production solution for coating ethanol and other related chemicals on disc brakes or any type of stampings,very robust and especially for bulk production. This product is having a over conveyor coating unit with specially designed worm mechanism for up and down movement,it also provides suspension action.

It is having a heating unit and a normalizing unit through fans.With this unit a separate drying unit can be connected so as to give more drying time to the product . The working width of the conveyor is normally 24 inch and the length of the machine is usually 6 meters and a18 ft separate drying unit can be connected with unit for greater efficiency

The above mentioned coating unit is particularly beneficial for the brakes,clutches and any type of stamping manufacturers who are seeking high rate of production in coating on the surface. Machine is having a durable and high featured control panel , for temperature control there are PID, for speed control there is V F D , and it is fully loaded with safety and interlocking features, there is dual gear box system in machine.
